The City of Tempe library is located at the southwest corner of Rural Road & Southern Avenue. The parking space is near the book drop on the north west side near the building and away from the rest of the parking spaces. One MagneCharger is directly in front of the parking space and cannot be used by any other space. A City of Tempe EV1 was charging (84% Full) at 3PM on 3/20/98. (verified 03/20/98)
